On 18th October, we carried out our meeting for a short briefing on our current progress. It was scheduled to be at 10pm but was postponed an hour to 11pm. Still, some of the members were unable to attend due to their busy schedule.
The meeting started with Ng's introduction on himself and straight into our current progress. All the members had been divided into groups previously and basically, most of the jobs were done.

Ng was checking on our progress and our knowledge regarding this practical trip. He also added on some of the additional works to create a smoother work flow. All the members are updating him on one another's current status and understanding.

In addition, Ng had come out with an amended agenda for the upcoming practical. He put on more emphasis on the speakers' work to grab the kids' attention.
