Fung Ying and I have been given task to in-charge for tentative schedule for the upcoming program. We had drafted a schedule for all the activities in the module. However, the schedule drafted is just a guideline for how long each activity to be conducted. The kids will find that some activities are interested and some are not. If they are very curious and interested about that certain activities, we might need to prolong the time. As long as the kids can learn and have fun at the same time, I think that the schedule can be flexible but we need to adjust and balance the time.
Several discussions have been carried out in order to prepare materials for every activity. Since the kindergarten kids still cannot understand some scientific terms, we need to think another ways to let all the kids understand what is Dengue fever and Aedes mosquito. Our group comes out with the idea of showing them pictures and storytelling.
